Where the calories come from is important. If your goal is to consume 200g protein in a day then you have to workout with the goal of gaining muscle mass, in which case you have to eat a high calorie diet that is mostly protein and healthy arbs, with essential healthy fats. If you eat this much in a day and don't work out, then yes, it's absolutely too many calories for you.

@@kirti2716 and you can also eat with daily meal, & there are many more things to eat , i have stopped suger and junk food, in future also going to stop eating salt, oil and many more unhealthy thing but you can get suger and salt from fruits and vegetables
To all those people saying that 200g of protein is alot then instead of incorporating these five meals try including any 2 or 3 meals mentioned in this video for fulfilling your protein requirement ....
To eat 200gms of protein (~800 cals in protein of which some of it is coming from soya which is considered inferior due to poor absorption) via this diet, you would have to consume around 2800-3000 calories in total, the % protein’s calorie contribution is sub par if someone wants to shred. If the average person starts eating 3000 cals per day, they will be never get lean 😂
*Dude make an veg diet without whay protein so everyone can afford, and here is a vegan protein diet!* Dal kala chana rajma alsi(flax seed) moong dal peanut butter with banana oats/dalia seitan quinoa rice any mota anaj soyabean (if you want) Fruits With daily meals
The second meal the peas one contains 25gm of fiber after which it is really hard to eat because fiber causes extreme satiation and the next follow up 3 meals also has another 25gms of fiber
please stop giving misinformation just for selling your content. The total macros for a meal that consists of 40 grams of black chana, 40 grams of moong dal, and 40 grams of chickpeas are as follows: Calories: 176 calories Fat: 5.7 grams Carbohydrates: 26.4 grams Protein: 14.2 grams
Misinformation is what you are giving yourself. How can 120 grams of pulses contain less than 200 calories? 400 calories to minimum rahengi hi rahengi.
Whay protein worst for oneself contains a lot of sugar instead include seeds in your diet soaked Kala chana , hara moong, peanut with evening snacks have bhuna chana. The packet brown bread is not healthy at all….!!!
Obviously, body banne k baad diet hi control karna padta hai....workout jyada nhi karna padta 40 min is enough to maintain your body , but diet proper lena padta hai nhi to fat jaam jata hai boht jald....
@@Iambillianire1111 😂 check your facts bro. it depends on daily expenditure, i work out daily and my daily calorie burns are about 3500-4000. i'm 5'10 male
1st meal 71gram carbs and 46gram protein 2nd meal also 71 gram carb and 22 gram protein 3rd meal 44 gram protein and 89 grams of carbs😂😂😂😂 4th meal 41 gram protein and 59 gram carbs (don't now about sugar content in protine powder but it saved the day) 5th meal 44.4 gram protein and 44.0 gram carbs 😅 on the edge😮💨 And this was 200 grams protine with 2x of carbs happy protein rich meal
200 gms of protein is needed for someone with 120-130 kilos of weight or a heavy lifter having 95-100 kgs of weight …. Kidneys will be defunct after few years of such diet
Sustainability gai tel lene. India has families of 5-6 with evg income less than 50k. Protein diets are only for rich n PPL with good guy. It's hard to digest so much protein.
Eating 2700 calories with 200 gm of protein is worthless coz your body burns 2200 cal in 24 hrs and you are eating 500 extra calories and in order to burn those 500 cal you'll have to run for atleast 3 hrs with 8 km/hr and there is a chance that you end up gaining fat 😃😃 people dont understand the science of fat loss and starts making videos on fitness and nutrition🤣🤣
Too much of everything is bad do the maths how much your body need in protien and cal. Eating this without research you will still be that fig fat guy 😂
Skimmed milk powder is good alternative of whey. 50g- 17g protein,26g carbs, 1.5g fat. I can't afford 2 times whey per day. I have one que will we get complete protein from meal no.2
Maine aaj tak gaali ni di kisi ko comments me jaake, ye bhai mera streak todega😂bhai smjh na, itna hi afford karle to kya baat, aur ye tune itna jyada heavy kar diya hai ,insan ke bs ki nhi hai ye digest karna 😑😑
Not recommended and don't say its diet forget protein juts look the 335gm carbs u r loading... That much protein benefit will also get sabotage by these carbs... Lean protein is only possible from animal source and not vegetables
Synthetic protein for those foreign people who have no culture of eating and living on chicken breast, tuna and broccoli. being Indian we are privileged with lots of good food with much healthy protein and taste. So find a way without synthetic protein powder.
After this video, I just simply add 60gram raw moong dal and cooked it properly, any how i eat 60 gram moong dal which is doubled after cooking , in the next morning TOTAL LOOSEMOTION FOR 7 TO 8 TIMES, may be my digestion is weak or too much fibre in it. Please DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME! It's my personal experience
I am talking about my journey, losing weight felt impossible! I often take care of my body but it was not giving me any results. Finally, I realized that my diet was the villain. I barely have any protein or fiber in my food and I was eating sugary snacks loaded with palm oil that left me wanting more but affected my body. But finally, I got to know about my weight loss hero which is Alpino Chocolate Oats and peanut butter! This combo is a total dream, the high protein keeps me feeling full and fueled, helping me build muscle. Plus, the fiber keeps my digestion happy. But the best part is it's ridiculously delicious! Forget bland oatmeal and protein shakes that taste like hell. Alpino Oats and peanut butter satisfy my cravings without any added sugar. It's the perfect solution for anyone who wants to lose weight without sacrificing taste buds.
Just remember that not everyone needs 200 grams of protein.. I'm 5'5 and 55 kgs (I'm a girl and this is an ideal weight for me ....not that active...i just workout 4 times a week enough for me to be healthy) and I don't need more than 66 grams of protein (1.2 grams per kg) ("The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for protein is a modest 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, or 0.36 grams per pound. The RDA is the amount of a nutrient you need to meet your basic nutritional requirements.") so apparently it's more than enough.. Maybe in future when I start excercising I might increase my protein intake to 1.6 gram/kg .. but remember if you don't workout enough, your body doesn't have a way to store protein which is why it's converted into carbs and fat! My sisters literally 6 feet tall and even doesn't eat 200 grams of protein.. she's very athletic but her protein intake is around 150 grams ..but the amount of food and calories she takes is also a lot more ... Both of us are vegan.
This dietary approach may not be suitable for everyone, as it's more inclined to result in fat or weight gain rather than muscle development. It could prove effective for individuals who are exceptionally thin and seeking weight gain or muscle building. It's crucial to note that for optimal results, engaging in 2-3 hours of daily weight training is essential when following this diet.
I am a gym lover & I am very fond of peanut butter. It gives me protein and also compensates for my energy level. So I always search for peanut butter which fulfills all the essential nutrients but most peanut kinds of butter are loaded with Palm Oil and toxic stuff. But when I taste this Alpino Peanut butter, it is so natural. No preservatives and sweetened added to this. 100% natural taste. And also it's easy to use with some bread and spread over it and eat this and enjoy low-calorie food. It is perfect for gym lovers as well as every person. Because it contains all nutrients. It has a creamy, a bit liquid form yet it is very yummy and tasty.
