Any idea why my led on reciever used to flash blue and work just fine, but after having timing chain repaired now there's nothing. I haven't really attempted remote start since back in colder weather tho. Also I have a stabilitrak message would that prevent remote start? Thanks!
The hood switch you don't have to install if the car has one installed by oem. according to the tech support it's an override for ones who doesn't have oem installed. i been searching for this video for a week ty for posting. now for the horn where does that get hooked to? i believe it's for the alarm.
The horn sounds if the alarm goes off. The horn wire is just to make it honk when locking and unlocking and I don't like that. It does tell in the instructions where to hook it up though. I'm sure it's at the body control module. And I never hook up the hood pin switch even if it doesn't have one.
