A little different video this go-round y'all. I performed a 2010 Camaro SS AC rebuild in the Hell Pony yesterday but due to the graphic nature of the events, I forgo any filming. Nobody wants to see a grown man cry or listen to 8 hours of non stop profanity. It was a roller coaster of emotions that's better left between me and our Creator. In this video I go over what worked best for me in the second rebuild of the AC system on our 2010 Camaro SS. Previously the system was completely rebuilt after troubleshooting found the Expansion Valve to be bad. So I decided to just replace everything under the hood. Too bad for me the replacement compressor I received was bad out of the box, so the original compressor had to go back in. One year later the compressor starts making slight noises and the AC only wants to work sometimes. So I replaced the compressor and along with it, the Condensor and Expansion Valve again even though they were only a year old. I did that because I was not sure if the original compressor was breaking down and leaving trash in the system. Flushed the lines and the Evaporator coils using a modified Expansion Valve. Hope someone can maybe find useful information in this video. Thanks for watching.
