2010 Dodge Grand Caravan headlights inoperative 

Sir, thanks for the video. I have a 2012 Grand Caravan. My RF headlight is reading 12volts, but my driver's side is only reading 4volts. The negative wire reads 12v, but the positive wire only reads 4volts. I shed the positive's isulation and can only find 4 volts. Is there another location that has 12volts that I can run power from to get my headlights working again?

What kind of scan tool gives you all of that information? My cheap one won’t.
