This is a great upload to remember Jeff. I actually worked for him at amf College park and learned how to bowl better because of him. Now after 17 years, I'll be back at it. 💛
Duckpin Bowling is real bowling! Aim at the pins and try a full speed strike with a small ball on a 60 feet long lane. Magnificent game! Thanks for the video.
Rod, thank you for sharing this lost match. RIP Jeff Pyles. I bowled in a few pro-am tourney’s in the mid-1970’s. I started bowling at PG Fairlanes in 1963. I watched Jeff Pyles in a 1970’s tourney at his home house PG FAIRLANES PG PLAZA. I was from Hyattsville, Maryland also.
Every time there is a thunderstorm, I think of hall of famers like Jeff Pyles and Glenna Grimes getting strikes in Heaven. I never got to meet Jeff, but thank you for posting videos like this so I can know him in this way. Awesome.
Great game! I have an idea to bring Duckpin Bowling to Ten Pin bowling territories. Suggest to install Duckpin pin setting ball return machines on extra large ten pin bowling alley buildings. Those who don't like to buy expensive big heavy ten pin bowling balls can try the safer cost effective and challenging Duckpin bowling. The idea is to have a universal bowling alley for all types of bowling. Thanks for the video.
