I had an 02 RSX-S which I sadly had to part with (I put over 230k miles on it) and traded it for an 09 EX-L just like yours. It's basically my RSX-S but all grown up ^_^
@StrykerKnights good point but i wasnt really talking about modding. and still if you can drive a manual well you can shift faster. automatics lose torch when switching gears. offcourse you can mod a car to do virtually anything.
For anyone that likes the tone of this car but wants a more quiet option, I have the same car in a manual with an Injen CAI and these same mufflers, and It has the same tone through about 4000 rpm, but it never gets anywhere near this loud. It's a good alternative for you older guys out there who want a nice low growl without the banshee yell up top. Personally though, I crave this sound so the next upgrade will be the RV-6 J-pipe and PCD's.

its sweet spot on slap stick is about 3/4 of the way through the 6, u hit it just right, that thing will take off! i have the 08 accord with the si engine and that thing goes fromm 0-60 in about 5.2 seconds
oooooo it sounds amazing!!! my biggest pet peeve is crappy sounding cars, but yours sounds great! what was the total cost may I ask? May have to get for my baby.

These things are even more rare now, definitely a legend until Honda gets there head out of there ass and continue an accord coupe but if they do I doubt it’s v6-v8 gas, most likely hybrid
@MCLOVIN50 no im guessing by the amount of work put into the car im sure he has legitimate suspension (coilovers, camber arms, etc.) and im sure he knows how to drive it carefully without hitting the bumpers. you should go outside every once in a while, theres more than one car out there with wide rims that are that low.
Im not hating the car is clean, im honda all the way. Im jus saying if you like shifting you should of got a standard car or if you got the money you can turn the car into manual. there a few nice v6 manual accords out there that was changed from auto to manual. but if you like auto stick with it. last note im not a mechanic so i cant say anything much but doesnt it damage the tranny when you shift like that all the time. nice clean accord.

Are you using paddle shifters or the slapstick? I absolutely love the way this thing looks and sounds. Pretty fast shifts for an automatic. When you were downshifting, it sounded similar to an R35 downshift with how fast it shifted down and what not. This video alone is making me want to get a 9th gen accord coupe as my DD when I get back to the states from Japan.

ok so I have the same car but mines a 3.5l stick, i did the same stuff but i put a pipe and welded it where the jpipe should go but mine doesnt sound like yours?? does the j pipe make a difference??
it may not make you manly but it sure has as hell shows that you have more driving skill than someone with paddle shifters or an auto. stick shift>>>auto/paddle shifters
Ive been looking at the magnaflow exhaust, However I have the 09 sedan and the coupe exhaust wont fit because its apparently too short. Anyone have any advice?
it actually does take a little more skill, not everyone knows how to use a clutch. sure anyone can click on a paddle to change gears but how easy is that? to be able to step on a clutch, switch gears, and release the clutch smooth to be able for the car ride nice and smooth and not all jumpy is more skill than stepping on the gas pedal and letting the car do all the work for you. think about it, if you drive stick you would know what i mean
Is the setup rv6 j pipe, stock cat ,and magnafllw catback wIth resonator cut out? Or does it have hfpcs? Cuz I dno how the j pipe makes a difference in sound when it's still being choked off by stock cat?? Respond.
ok so i have the same car but 6 speed and same color. I put the magnaflow dual exhaust on it and rv6 j pipe. its still quiet, is that because of the resonator on the magnaflow exhaust??
He must have friends with cars that have a V8. Probably has a friend with a mustang that has the resonator taken out with magnaflows. Without the resonator, V6's sound too much like a tuner car for my taste. I like the low growl that the Takeda SRI makes though. I will be exploring the Aero Turbine exhaust when I buy my Honda in a few months

When u made this video.. did u have intake runners , Intake, ?. This.is what people are to expect if they have JPipe no res n magnaflow.. or did the intake ass sound?
just got a '12 v6 sedan and looking at magnaflow exhaust, i could easily go with muffler but i'd like to get a catback and was wondering if this catback would fit on it, my guess is it would need to be lengthened for the sedan, how would the muffler shop go about doing this would they just weld extra piping on? and what is the model number for your mag catback please thanks for all your help!
