I hate that Carmichael didn't stick with it. Sure, he tore some stuff up....but that's expected coming from 2 wheels to 4. There were several times when showed the speed to make it, just needed cleaning up. Kind of like Sheldon Creed coming from off road trucks to nascar. Tore stuff up, but once he got it figured out he's been fast.
That 34 car was driven underneath in all 3 road course races that year. Interesting. Also weird how they only ran 4 races with the new chassis, which makes you wonder why they even debuted it that year!
Carl Edwards was about to make that same blend line mistake that Kevin Lepage did two years earlier at Talladega. But he thought better of it. But later on in the season the vendetta against Brad Keselowski was about to get worse.
