yes Mesas are well built even Marshall 1970B cabs have V30s but they all sound different, you obviously haven't played an orange cab, they sound way different than a mesa even though they are the same speakers

Are you serious dude? I'm pretty damn sure many bands who use Orange amps are using it because they like the tone and sound they get out of the amp, not because of it's looks. And even then who cares how it looks!?

Im just going to stop commenting because i hate ignorant people, plus if orange isn't a "heavy sounding" cabinet then why does Jim Root use them? Or Periphery? Or Born Of Osiris? They also have a great mid range sound. Just because they are brightly colored doesn't mean they're using them just for looks. Mesa makes red cabinets so does that mean they are using mesas for only for looks? probably not. Fuck, they might even just be dummy cabinets and they have a separate mic'd in back.

People can do full songs of screams look at FATS, The Paramedic, MMF, It's because well they're simply better screamers. Doesn't mean they're better musicians just better screamers.
