Hello All, when I changed my channel from personal to a brand account it deleted all of my previous comments, that being said, this comment is to answer all questions about this previous truck of mine. The front suspension is a 3" torsion key kit from Suspension MAXX that does not include a dropped lower control arm bracket. It does includes front diff spacers and the new torsion keys, I chose to add upper ball joint spacers and longer front shocks instead of spacers. The rear is a 2" shackle kit from the same company that includes a brake line spacer bracket. The wheel/tire is a Cooper STT Pro 285/70r17 on Dropstar 645b 17x9 with 0 offset. This setup does require a lot of trimming on the metal fender to have full clearance with articulation. I removed the stock Z71 decal and replaced it with one I found online. The rear bowtie i got from my local dealership, it was the part number for the 07-13 silverado tailgate, simple adhesive install. Now that the facts are out of the way, my opinion... this build LOOKED perfect. Exactly the look I wanted. however I hated it as a daily driver, the suspension rode incredibly stiff with this kit, and I ended up having multiple reliability issues with wheel bearings and tie rod ends. The ride quality and reliability was the main reason I ended up upgrading to the ZR2.

Nice truck man, I have the 2 door version Z71 4x4, same color and finder flares with the tinted windows, I originally had the 4cyl in it but I replaced it with the 5.3 V8s and put 2 inch spacers and run 265/70 R16 so it has a nice fatties on it, these trucks are great to go mudding in
Hayden Casteel how much did you put the v8 in it for? And where did you get it. I just bought the 2 door version with the I5 want to make it look like the one in the video lol
Do you have wheel spacers as well? Or are the 33s just that wide. I have the same truck with a 3in RC lift, and 31s. Want to get 33s, but are there any issues with gearing? I was told you might have to regear because of the I5, but thought that might have been untrue. One more question, how did you make the bumper look so clean after cutting it? Thanks. Love the truck.
@@campbelloffroad3660 ive watched this video like 5 times today. So addicted to that front bumper. Looks agressive asf with the cut outs infront of the wheel liks the ZR2. Also how did you get your Z71 sticker black and silver?
1 more question, what size wheel, offset and lip depth and if u can tell me those 3 It’d be greatly appreciated. I like how your truck looks that’s why I’m asking. Sry for bothering you if I am
@@campbelloffroad3660 that's where I live too. I would love to add some mods especially a lift. And exhaust redo (make that 5 cylinder actually sound cool lol) and also make it black and red concept. So far its red with gray trim and I just dont like that
