So had a similar issue on my rear driver side. I hard wired new connectors on the rear and I also had to bypass the connector all together on the front right. I ended up wiring new pins for the front right right into the abs module To fix this problem. Pins 27 and 28 are at the main module for the front right. My 2011 ram 1500 5.7 4x4 had green with yellow and blue with grey wires to the connector under the driver door for rear driver side. There is another wire that is blue with green stripe. Do not confuse them. If it wasnt for this video i probably wouldnt have found my shorts. 2 years and 5 mechsnics couldnt figure this out. Dodge recommended a whole new body harness to fix this problem and 2 days of labour for 2 service technicians!
Good video. I have 4 wires from front actuator 2 are positive on 06 Dodge 1500 4+4. Even when switching to 4+4 then same 2 are positive. One is supposed to turn negative to switch on actuator. But doesn't. New actuator. Transfer case definitely kicking in. Continuity tested wires all the way to firewall. All good. Any suggestions please. I've spent every dime on truck and actuator. Any suggestions please. Im a carpenter but common sense. Help .
Thanks for the info, I’ve changed all four sensors on my ‘10 ram and the same three lights still come on, but only intermittently, I’m now thinking I have a short or broken wire somewhere too and I don’t know which wheel because I don’t have a code reader like you, so I’ll have to find a place that can look it up for me, thanks again!
@@damarcusdjohnson1054t turned out to be a bad wire on the harness of the truck (front passenger side) it was a bit hard to find because the wire was broken inside of its insulator, so it looked good from the outside and still made a good connection, but whenever I drive, that was enough to allow the wire to move around slightly thus breaking that connection and giving me intermittent abs light.
I've been fighting with this same issue for 2 years. If this works I'm going to be so happy. I can finally offload this heap of junk and buy a Ford 😂😂😂
I have the same issue but it is accompanied by a controller fault on the integrated brake controller module and it only really happens when I punch it on the highway and if I turn truck off it goes away and my cruise Controle didn't work no matter what any idea?
Good morning, I have a problem with my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. The drives do not work and the ABS lights are on I replaced the sensor on the axle and the front ABS sensor that was indicated by the computer All drive lights are on on the counter and the N diode on the switch, i.e. neutral Has anyone had a similar problem
