Thank you! This worked for my 2013 Sonata except it was 3 screws instead of clips holding in the switch. Everything else to take of the panel was the same and it took me about an hour because I was worried about snapping the door clips. My door panel was held on with plastic and rubber plugs so in the future I can just pull it off with more force without worrying about breaking clips.
Before I lifted up on the door panel I went all around the outside prying little by little. I agree, the clips are very fragile so must be very careful.
I appreciate the video but this leave too much room for area by breaking the clips on the tight side in between the door and the clips, the right way is to remove all the screws surrounding the door handle and switch and it will remove the whole thing and then you can access the clips without breaking them, once there broke you have to buy the whole part that the screws are holding onto. appreciate the effort but this is totally wrong
Thank you for your comment. No doubt you have to be very careful. I actually watched several videos on RU-vid prior to doing it myself. All the videos I found did it the exact same way. Fortunately, I didn’t have any issues
