Very affordable car, Only a bit slower than the Scirocco 1.4 TSI. If you floor the 308 turbo, it easily speeds up to 140km/h on the highway easily. Nice job Alex. Keep it up! =)
Dont know about Peugeot but most conti cars W= winter, C=comfort, S=standard not sport (driving under all possible conditions), its in the manual book, go look it up. Cheers!
@TheSsyafiq I have to disagree with you on that, I've driven both Polo and 308 before, I drive a Golf myself, and I would say that the 308 has the best rear space among the three. Power wise, the Golf is the fastest no doubt, but the 308 is not too bad also.
@Darkcity212 It's not my car, so I can't tell you much, but I've driven it on the road before, the handling may not be the best, but it isn't the worse either. It handles pretty nicely for a hatchback actually. Also, I've never taken it on the highway too. But as far as I know, the owner has not complained anything about the car so far.

I have this engine from 2009. It's great to drive, fun car, but engine uses a lot of oil. Around 1L every 2000km. It seems every engine is like this, more or less. Other than that, no issue so far. They should've fixed this a bit by 2011, but probably still using oil. It is also direct injection engine, so your intake valves are going to be very dirty. This shouldn't cause much problems and can be cleaned if needed, but wanted to mention it. One ignition coil went on me, but it is very easy to replace, you can do it yourself.
peugeot has been in Malaysia for quite some time, but why not Citroen? i am excited about DS3. I'm a huge fan of hot hatch but there aren't many choices available in Malaysia.
hey bro, about the 308 turbo, what are the p.c.d for the wheels? is it 100 or 114.3? i really love the car, and i was wondering to get it and want to change the wheel.
Haha. That should be for Mercs, no? Cause we have a couple of old Mercs, they have E and S on the gearbox. That I know means Standard rather than Sport, but the one on my Golf and this 308, it is for sure Sport.
207 looked odd. 308 pass the test, 407 jalan, 408 jalan, 508 ok ok only. 3008, that one my friend calls it a bull. he got one last yr, but really nice la that one! 5008 not bad la. Most garang award is for the 3008

The 308 never came with a CVT transmission. And the 140bhp + 4-speed automatic was available in Malaysia before it was updated to 156bhp + 6-speed automatic for 2011.
