Vision Maloco is day the range is about 60 feet. May be more, I mostly use it in the morning while my car is in the garage. They do offer a cellular attachment so you could start it from anywhere

$279 for a couple of harnesses with connectors? You gotta be sick to call "affordable". I'd rather pay $499 to Toyota - at least there'll be no surprises. Oh, my bad - it also comes with a nice sticker.
