Jazak Allah Khair Shaykh Yasir for these wonderful and enlightening series. I have watched all of them so up to this one. One comment is that I do not think the Prophet (saw) was seeking only "political asylum" from the tribes, he was also seeking leadership, power. He wanted to rule over them by Allah's Law. This is clear even from what you mentioned. Kinana for example asked if they could have the leadership after him. He also wanted a base from which to spread Islam to the rest of mankind

This is a wonderful series. May Allah (set) bless Dr Yasir and his family for the work he is doing. Please also pray for me that may Allah (SWT) help me follow the teachings of our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Without the mercy of Allah (SWT), I will surely fail. Jazak Allah Kher.
