Groovy ! Chris fait vibrer, parler, chanter, respirer sa cornemuse. C'est un magnifique hommage a son instrument. Les bourdons sont puissants et d'un delice a ecouter. Thank you very much Chris.
Chris is always amazing. @ Appolo - obviously you've never been close to a well tuned set of highland pipes... They will make your hair stand on end and send a chill up your spine. A well set up bagpipe is not that hard to blow. It's the drones baby... It's all about the drones!
Knowing that we now have mouth blown border pipes and "half sets" that can look just like highland pipes, I am confused as to why anyone would prefer the Great Highland pipes. The Highland pipes are too loud, and too hard on the diaphragm, as well as nearly impossible to play with other instruments...
Have you ever tried marching with border pipes? This comment implies that at no time in history prior to now did anyone try to play borderpipes with a blowstick and not bellows, even though bellows are more complicated and a blowpipe is literally a tube.
