Planning to install a new stereo to 2010 F150. Crutch field says that with one of the bundles they offer, the factory display screen above the stereo will only display “DVD”. Yours shows Apple Car Play. What step achieves this?
That sounds like the PAC interface module, which doesn’t have full support for the screen. This is the iDataLink Maestro which does fully utilize the screen.

Yes you can, the stereo has a yellow RCA plug on it for regular camera signal. For power just tap into the reverse signal so it turns on when in reverse, and set the stereo to switch to camera mode when in reverse.
Factory USB will work if connected to the new unit as shown in the video, AUX will work if connections are made to the Maestro and it is configured correctly, or if the jack is rewired to the appropriate connector on the new unit and connected that way.
