That gap tool in the video can damage the precious metal type spark plugs, such as iridium. The wire gap tool is suggested instead when dealing with these types to gap plugs.
Not if you know what your doing. The torque on the Milwaukee fuel ratchet is not that powerful so you don't have anything to worry about. You can tighten it all the way with the ratchet and still have to hand tighten it.
According to NKG's website, NKG does not recommend the use of anti-seize on their spark plugs as the anti-seize effects the torque value. NKG applies a "trivalent coating" on the spark plug threads that provides resistance against corrosion and moisture. The coating also acts as a release agent when removing the plugs. NKG's website link is as follows for more information on their spark plugs: ngksparkplugs.com/en/resources/5-things-you-should-know-about-spark-plugs
@@LifeTac because the laser iridiums cost like 10x more than other plugs. $95 for spark plugs is no joke. I understand they last longer... but ya boy is broke.
@@streetrage where the heck are you buying your plugs from? AutoZone or your local parts store should have the for no more than 50 bucks and that's on the high side. Or check out Rockauto.com
I was in the same boat, my local AutoZone wanted $98 for 4. I checked Rock auto and it was $55 shipped, so then I said fuck it lemme check Ebay, and I found a dealer who had sold over 340 orders.... at $33.99 for 4.... This is a 12 Civic coupe. Just because the grill is different it doesn't mean the motor is. Just look at the procedure and copy it. Don't base your work on the look of a grill
