Cost for the steel was around $100. Probably ad another $150 ish for welding/cutting consumables, paint and hardware. Can’t remember what the winch cost off hand.

If I ever get more free time away from my real job I plan on building a few and doing a bumper build video when I get another liberty! I'm sure as you have seen, this isn't a direct bolt on thing. It requires quite a bit of cutting and welding!

@@naythanlopez4660 no buddy I do not. I plan on making another video on how to build one of these bumpers. Won’t be exactly like this one but it will be better.

My buddy I acquired them from said they are a set he got from Amazon and can’t remember what brand they were.

I’ve been working on it! Been in the garage for over a month now, getting the front lift straightened out. Front locker is installed, video hopefully in a week or two! My schedule at work has been rough! 12 hours plus at work doesn’t give whole lot of time to spend on the Jeep unfortunately!

Practice, practice, practice! With the skills will come the $$$! When you have a welder, everyone is your friend! I charge a minimum of $50 just to get my welder out for a job and I make that known before someone gets out their "small job" to have me do. So far, I haven't had anyone complain!

I priced them out to do a “weld your own kit” and by the time I bought steel and had it cut and ready to ship it wasn’t going to be cost effective to the end user. Unfortunately, it’s cheaper to buy an At The Helm bumper.

If work ever lets up I might build one here and there. I priced out making a “weld your own” kit but it wasn’t really competitively priced compared to bumpers you can get from At The Helm.

What about the fenders been looking everywhere for some custom fenders I got bigger tires with a lift and spacers and had to take my front fender flares off to turn any ideas

Did it by hand, wasn’t hard at all!

@@glenysmoore2845 check out the video! I go over it but not as good as I could have. Some cutting and bending and drilling some new holes. I can’t remember 100% without watching the video myself.

Not sure what exact year they came off of but any 07-17 fender flare should work!

Sorry it took so long! I didn’t get notified of this comment! Those are the ones I bought. Hub centric to the rubicon wheels. No wobbles, shakes or anything!

I priced out making a weld together kit at one point but the price of steel and shipping is too ridiculous compared to what you can order one for from At The Helm for.

You can switch a lot of parts, just make it how it should look,, if it doesn't fit, cut and grind until it does,, if not don't force it, tack it up and step back to see if it works..😇 peace love and bad ass jeepz!!!!!😁
