I just got the hatchback version of this car for college about 4 months ago. They handle super well, the steering has great feel, and the acceleration is decent. They're great cars!

I have the absolute base model 12, ive had it since it had 3 miles on it and it now has 155,000. It a reliable car.

Yes, you should consider it. With proper care and maintenance you could see it last through 250k miles or more.

Mazda is one of the most reliable brands, pretty much all Japanese cars are usually. Seen many with high mileages go on pretty fine
