The buttons are not "sprayed around." They make perfect sense. And they provide quick and easy access to frequently used functions. And you don't need the manuals to operate the PCM. It just makes sense.

my dad just bought 1 turbo s in red with 20 inch black rims! it really attracts alot of attention on the road, i dont understand why people are saying that it is ugly
This reviewer has bad taste if he thinks this car is ugly. It grabs my attention like crazy every time I see it. It makes Camaros disappear when it pulls up. This car has a big presence even while parked
Wu Wei Xu it looks better imo. I heard about it before the hit the market and just knew it was going to be ugly, but it was beautiful. I've never been a big 911 fan. I know it performs but I'm tall and feel cramped in the Porsche. I fit better in a c6 corvette.
absolutely right. I had a Panamera Turbo for a week not long ago.. wasnt a Turbo S like this one, but there isnt.. much difference really. I got it thought it was ugly.. looked obscure and weird. But it is amazing to drive. You feel like you captaining a spaceship driving this thing.. its massive, and i love it. It seriously pulls attention to. I was sold and would look at buying one in a couple of years time when the price is more reasonable.
I can't believe you think this is ugly!? This is a gorgeous piece of machinery! It's very different from anything else in the industry, other than an even sexier Audi A7.
no, you just can't recognize a nice car when you see one. If you knew much about porsche, you would be able to recognize the true beauty of this car, and how uniquely designed it is
Don't complain about the price in the states, here in Sweden this beast equipped with the nessesery stuff such as ceramic breaks sport crono package etc costs with todays prices of currency ~ 315 000$. In Norway our neighbour country the prices are even more rediciolous. 500 000$+ with ease!
mistake number one-going on cnet for car reviews. Don't get me wrong I love the panamera. And being a porsche there is no need to say that everything is made with unbelievable attention to detail. But with that performance in mind most people looking at a panamera would be far more interested into what it can do. I've had the opportunity to test 2 fast porsches. Everybody knows what a 911 is so there is no point in saying its awesome. But the cayenne turbo with all that weight blew my mind
@Pierules123 Jeremy Clarkson and his sidekicks are entitled to their opinions, I have personally seen and sat in this car and I love it but I have to admit that the design is very colour and wheel choice dependent like the BMWs of today. Porsche is the most profitable automaker for a reason, everything they do is well thought out.
I will say, if you haven't driven it, seen it, or experience it you don't know it. It's an experience unlike any other. My wife and I had to make a decision, Panamera S or Cayenne S. The most difficult car decision we've ever made. We went with the Cayenne S because of where we live, great off road. :)

I hope I didn't seem to brag, since I was 12 I always wanted a Porsche, and I get excited whenever someone wants to talk about it. We just regular middle class country folks who loves God, Family, NASCAR, and America. I drive it (Yuri) everyday (20k miles total) and everywhere and enjoy every minute of it after 18 months. And Yes he's always dirty. :)
It's all good Dezz. I bought my wife a Mercedes SUV for her birthday last year. A lot of debate went into that decision as well. It's a heavy cross we upwardly mobile aspiring 1 percenters have to bear.
Its called societal influence, they can't think for themselves and see what other people stated, instead of the truth, that this is a beautiful car in & out.
@TheGarvito The panamera turbo and turbo s are made for more than just going fast in a straight line. the panamera is so much more than just a big, comfy gt touring car. it is inspiring to drive and a family oriented luxury vehicle. Don't get me wrong..the GTR is an amazing machine and that itself is an understatement! however the gtr is in no way a comfortable car especially with 4 passengers.T again maybe I'm biased because we own a panamera turbo.
@hhusainify I know, my family doesnt have a Panamera but we used to have a Cayenne (first generation) so I have some first hand experience of Porsches. Believe me, they are fast.
I must the only one who thinks this car is absolutely gorgeous especially in white, the aston martin four door just looks awkward kind of like they just stretched a db9 and added two more seats and doors. My pick of the panamera range would the panamera s with a manual transmission and rear wheel drive.
Same thing was said about the 928….some saw it as unspeakable beauty…others a frog. I prefer the 2017 redesign, but never considered the original styling as appalling in any way…and many consider it much better looking in person.

Lol I can understand this guy hates the interior and exterior look. This car is distinctive at best. It's a beautiful beast. It's a car that's not for the average Joes.
