I have a black with tan interior 2011 base model. It drives like a Mercedes in that it’s quite, smooth as butter, and feels planted to the ground (that V6 is heavy). The Lexus transmission is so smooth. The back seats are so comfortable and the legroom in the back is reminiscent of a town car or extended wheel base sedan. And it’s fast and has excellent brakes.
Right, I just got a 2011 model too and am in my honeymoon phase at the moment, but coming from a 2003 Camry LE, it really feels like a space ship. I'm only 24, so I've gotten teased that I'm not the Avalon's "target audience," but jokes be damned, I have the best car of anyone I know.
@@capitolcarreviews3292 agreed. at 180,000 miles, it's only needed it's basic routine and scheduled maintenances, nothing has broke and it's a powerhouse with 280hp 260ft-lb torque thanks to the 2gr-fe engine 🤜
Iv got the 2012 Lexus ES its very similar to the Avalon but not quite as roomy. The kind of tires and condition of the pavement makes alot of difference in the cabin for road noise.
the 2012/month 11 are the best avalon’s ever made see this toyota is better than a 540i bmw and c300 and impala and camaro and mustang its still an icon in M.E and it’s price don’t come down at 30000$
