I know someone who is blind, and save the whole quran. Not only that he is teaching it to a lot people. I do love Arabic especially quran and poetry, it's beyound magic.

And how easy it is to see the sins of others, usually these are obvious sins.. but to look inside of OURSELVES at our own sins, apparent or hidden. The list of things we wish we didn't do is an excellent idea!

Yes it's a good thing. you can read quran with english to understand meaning, but don't pray with it. You can try to save surat fatiha and some small surat inside your heart. You know that the effort you do to read quran in arabic, you got twice deeds than an arab.
