I have a similar issue. The remote locks and unlocks ONLY the drivers door. None of the other doors can be unlocked or the back hatch. Same for the power lock/unlock button on the drivers and front passenger door. You can hear it activating when pressed but the locks don't move. Both the remote and the door buttons work to LOCK the car. I had issues in the winter with the back hatch. I have replaced both the rubberize hatch door release and the full latch and actuator. What component should I try next? This rear BCM?
Not sure if this could be your solution but you can always try, the piece is not very expensive you can find some from junk yard for 45$ if you lucky. But make sure you get the correct number matching. And yes it's the body control module in rear left side.
