We were having a misfire on cylinder 6 only. Switching around coil packs, new spark plug and nothing changed. The next step for us was to try putting in a new fuel injector for cylinder 6, here is the complete video on how to do the job.
I am a mechanic, and when I work on a car that I have never worked on, I do exactly what they did, using common sense. Of course, experience gives more advantages to solve problems, but they took on the challenge. Congratulations, keep going.
😢 you should always take away the manifold and not twist anything , so it doesn’t get in the way. I guess it’s your first time DIY . Good luck if your doing something that is more then changing anything inside beneath the manifold.
Wow, what a horrible video. No disrepect but please don't quit your day job. The audio just almost none existant. The good was seeing a pretty redhead lady under the hood of a car (totally hot). The negative is she looked like she really didn't want to be there doing that. The man looks like he is a novice and didn't really didn't know what is is doing. A major sign of that is when they took of the intake manifold. The 1st thing they should have done is put some rags in the intake holes on top of the engine to avoid anything falling into them which would be a major problem. The whole video I cringed just knowing the beautiful lady was going to drop something into the intake. Also, someone that knew what they were doing would have had a battery operated power tool or 2 and would have had that intake of in about 3 minutes. the whole video took an hour but should have taken 15mins if that. I wonder why were they replacing an injector because it appears the car still was running poorly when they ran it?
