I prefer the silence. There's literally thousands of other youtubers that talk about the car and there's thousands of ways to look up the specs if you really want to. However, there's very few ways you can see AND hear a car inside and out and truly get a feel of what it's like to be in the driver seats than outside this guys walkarounds without going to the dealer ourselves. So, keep on doing what you're doing Roosevel, it's much appreciated.
Great vid! I have a 2013 Grand Caravan SE. I wanted the R/T model so bad, but I just don't like having leather interior with children (I have 3). I test drove an R/T model and loved it. You can really tell the difference with the suspension in the R/T model as well. I grew up with the Dodge Caravan. My parents bought one the first year they came out (back in the 80's), and kept on buying them. You can't beat the "Stow-n-Go seating. SOOOO Much room in these things with all the seats folded down.
These silent walkarounds are actually pretty unique. If Roosevelt started talking, somebody will come out and say "saabkyle04 wannabe". So this type of video is great. Really get to listen to how the build quality is in a car.
Great video! I love how you just showed everything in detail but didn't give an opinion. I am sometimes swayed by others opinions and I don't want to be. We all have different needs and likes/dislikes. I have been struggling with the decision of getting this van, you helped me tremendously with that! I love your van. I love my grands, but the RT with them rims is the best, especially in red. People laugh at me when I say this but I love them. So what, it's not a hot Cuda? It's still a Dodge:) A Dodge with practicality. Maybe it's just my conservative ways, oh well. Supply/Demand that van in my opinion is sexy.
It looks very nice. I like that van. I am still thinking about whether to lease this van over Sienna. The package is better than Sienna and it is actually cheaper than Sienna. What I am concerning is the mechanic problems with a typical American vehicle over Japanese. The cost and the frequency of going to the body shop for repairs, that held me over from getting an American vehicle. Do you have any problem, mechanically, with this minivan so far? Thanks, I like the red color.
I will say for MSRP around $36,000 you'd figure the 3rd row seats could fold automatically like the Town and Country. But other than that, not too bad.
This van is amazing in its looks and can last around 10-12 years depends on how you maintain it or even longer. Cheaper than a Sienna most definitely, but consider the reliability and yes I don't see a moonroof in this van as does the Sienna. The top of the Line Sienna has 2 moonroofs if you opt for the best Limited model. I'm buying a Sienna for full price since it offers good quality plus reliable. The roof inside here is like an airplane, but I prefer Sienna than this. No offense. My opinion.
You certainly can't be accused of talking too much! You did forget to fold the tailgate seat out and show the HDMI input, both of which no other vehicle even offers.And the satellite TV too.
The least dodge could have done is ad the chrome package and running boards. This is a regular caravan with black leather lol with a price tag of over $10 grand bhabaha
My 92 previa would outlast this caravan. I drove this and yes has a lot of power but will end up at shops more than my previa. My buddy got one. At 13k mile already has oil leaking from camshaft seal. Domestic car just need better quality parts.

That's funny this is a 2013 are Vans to 2018 Dodge Grand caravan GT and there's not a single difference between the two I think Dodge needs to fess up and change their models pathetic the five years I can't make a new van
