I love my 2012 Edge Limited. My fav honestly is the HUD display on the dash.I noticed that this one has a key rather then the smart key.I also love the BLIS (Blind Spot Ilumunation System) in the mirror. Really makes lane changing easy.
Thanks for watching my video. I do indeed indicate that I a m driving the limited model in this review, but for me to go over every trim level would be very long and boring - I think. I don't focus on one trim level in my reviews - it's totally random since I rent a majority of the cars that I review. Definately your best review yet and great SUV! Keep it up and I too talk back to "Miss Sync" in my Ford. Great feature - I especially love Sync and the built in directions/navigation feature that talks through the radio and guides you to your destination even in a non-nav optioned car. Sync does it all.
Tony, you crazy cat! I also love the Ford Edge. This new model is so sharp and looks comfy as all heck. I have to say when you showed the wood appliqué on the dash I almost passed out. Hehe. I haven't seen wood decor on anything these days except the usual high class vehicles from Europe. Oh and of course the Impala. Speaking of the Impala can't wait to see what's becoming of that car. I can tell you up front that these vehicles will give you very reliable service. The only points of concern are the panoramic moonroof and the well-documented PTU issues for the AWD variants. Some people have issues with the MyFordTouch but I have not had any problems with it whatsoever.
The limited has wood in the dash, which is a real plus for me! You can also get the limited with rain sensing wipers and Sienna leather, in the SEL you can't.
The dashboard is huge and very high positioned . As a tall fellow (178cm) I cannot get the seat high enough to see any part of the hood. What was FORD thinking
Another great review! I like Ford, I'm happy they're stepping up their game! I think they could use improvements, but I know that what I've seen so far is that they are moving forward. I can't wait to see more reviews.
I disagree. I've had mine for 6 months and am very happy with it. There are tutorials so you can learn to use the great Sync features. I'm no techie yet I manage very well.

I have the edge stay away from this car , it's more in service than in my hands. Sync is nothing but headaches ford told me "deal with it" so I am going to sell it never again Ford
It makes me want to test drive it before we pick up the new 2012 Infiniti FX35 AWD we just delivered but just looking at the stitching on the seats from you video I'm gonna go with the FX.
Another great review down to the nitty gritty and what's important. Tony I've never cared for all these touch screen controls and modern stuff, I'm a button and dial guy, for one thing when these gizmos go bonkers, they cost a lot to fix and not everyone is qualified to do so, most likely a dealer repair (expensive) besides they take too much attention from the driver when you should be not distracted at all.

I have the same car 2013 , i can say that the car is just Ok but i didn't see the car engine compete with other strong engines of different car brands ! The thing that makes ford edge isn't consider as a powerful engine car although it is 3.5 l engine .
I love your car reviews. You said it performs 25 mpg highway. At standard speed like 65 mph or 50? The estimated mpg on hw appears to be calculated at 50 mph which is never the case on highway... thanks
That sony controller with buttons is for developing countries, like here in Mexico we never get vehicles with standard touch screens or navigation / those are options often costing thousands of Dollars mor / you'll be suprrised but Nissan, Chevrolet, Ford and Volkswagen are still manufacturing cars with manual windows and locks for developing countries. passenger air bags aren't even standard in most cars.
