2013 Ford Focus Wipers Turn Off And On By Themselves

I'm working on a 2013 Ford Focus. Customer is have problems with the wipers turning off and on by themselves. I find that the battery monitoring sensor is corroded and shorting out the LIN communication network that the wipers also use causing them to work when they want.

Omg thankyou very much, when I changed my battery I broke that wire and didnt know what is its function. Some weeks later the wipers started to activated themselves. I am going to get and install that sensor. Saludos desde la CDMX.

Is there a video for the pigtail connector?

No video, but it's just a 2 wire connector. You just have to make sure to splice the wires in the right orientation. Thanks for watching!!
