2013 Mustang 5.0L PATS Problem 

This video documents checking the PATS functionality for a customer that currently has a rapid flashing theft light while the components are in the vehicle.
My current prediction is a problem with the ignition key On 12v wire supplying the PCM or the grounds. I'll update with the solution when it's fixed.
