Nice bike. I just plan on checking out a 1998 Suzuki Intruder LC 1500 which I really like the look of it. After seeing this smaller bike, I probably change my mind looking into M50 model.
There's a WHOLE LOT LESS to worry about with carbs than there is with computerized fuel injection with its thousands of dollars worth of failure prone electronic parts that an owner cannot work on. When EFI fails, you just throw the bike away. It is not meant to be fixed.
I could see where some people would outgrow this bike, but it's definitely a great platform for the beginner and intermediate riders that want a cruiser. Did you buy another bike? If so, what'd you go with?
@@stonemanmotorsports oh yeah I’m mostly a sport bike guy. I currently have a VFR1200F and Suzuki sv650. Planning to get a 14 Honda valkyrie for my next cruiser. Check my channel out to see a quick review I made of the m50. Mine was super clean
Picked up a C50 and it's way more manoeuvrable than my Vstar 950 was. Still getting used to the shaft drive but the gear shifting is super smooth and precise.
Sorry for the delay, but we actually sold this bike to an individual that was importing it to Saudi Arabia. If we have something else in stock that interests you, I'm sure we can find a way to get it out there. Where there is a will there is a way!
This bike already sold, otherwise, we would take it out and get you a definitive answer. You may be able to see the Tach/Speedo in the videos if you scan through it. Let us know if there is anything else we can do!
We sold this bike, but I am 6'7" 255 (On my Good days). It wasn't uncomfortable. I find that riding cruisers with some form of Forward controls and Apes are the most comfortable for me, but this bike wasn't a complete turnoff. The forward controls were set up pretty well to give me leg room. I might change the bars to something for a little more reach, but the stock bars are definitely doable. Hope that helps!!
