Is it weird if apparently the car is a 2013 toyota highlander sport utility 4d if it doesn’t have the 4 something on the back of the car?

I find it hilarious this is nothing more than a very simple and reliable vehicle! And they talk about it like they driving a Mercedes? I have this year with the limited edition AWD. Simple without all the bells and whistles!!!
