Exactly. And help people understand the difference between the types of paint. They are all pigments with different mediums. Acrylic like this, oil, etc.
@@slopely Sure, but this is a much more exact and purposeful process that just throwing some paints together on a palette. When kids are playing with paint mixing, things quickly turn brown, but with this it's almost like a little chemistry set made up of primary colours where you have clearly definable and memorisable ratios and combinations. It's like maths for colours, which might be tedious for some kids, but there will probably be a lot of people who learn much better with this kind of reliable logic structure available.
I asked for one of these back then and my grandma ended up getting one for my 7th/8th? christmas. i loved this thing so much we always used it so she got me two more the next year. after that we slowed down on the paint maker and had one brand new one left. i stored it at my house. when i was twelve she died, i still have the paint maker in my closet. we were best friends, i miss her
Aww, I'm so sorry you lost her so young. What a sweet memory. I have two granddaughters. One will be 12 in August. Can't stand the thought that I won't ne around forever for them. I bet your grandma loved getting those extra crayons makers for you. And loved YOU! I love thinking up ideas for presents for them!❤️
Omg these all look so fun! Now my generation barely gets off the iPad. I was born in the wrong generation also bc i don’t rlly think iPad is that fun I like crafts and things like this but I don’t even rlly have much of this kinda stuff in the house.
$6 and some change on the Crayola website and it’s $30 something at Walmart ?????😂😂😂😂 I asked Siri soon as I seen this. That price jump made me laugh. I had to share
loveeee. tbh this is how i played with toys like this as a kid (followed instructions, didn’t want to break anything, quite serious). satisfying to watch in a way
I mean... you can still be a professional artist and still use crayola sure the quality might be a tad off because it's not quality materials, but that doesn't exactly effect the quality of the art.
That shake was aggressive asf 💀 Edit: 239 likes in 4 days?! Tysm! Edit:Holy shit 317 in a night?! Omg ty guys sm! Edit:Pov : you being happy bc your comment got a lot of likes for the first time made people mad. Like y'all are just making me laugh tbh
ok but seriously painters using this to mix custom colors.. like u dont even need the stuff paint stuff that comes with the kit u just need a good paint you like thats also thick/runny enough to mix in that shakey thingy and find enough of those little pots and u can make a tun of your own shades and stuff.. that'd be awsome for smaller projects and stuff
@🍼 𝒟𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓂𝓌𝒶𝓎..🍼 hmm, since when is crayola and painting only for kids? im sure you've seen some videos on this channel im pretty sure alot of kids wont recognize toys that are almost 20 years old.. plus your first instinct to some one suggesting to use a paint mixer to mix a better quality paint is to curse.. how sad is your life that you cant even have fun or you'd be perfectly fine let a child be disappointed with that clear glue goop with little to no pigment..
@🍼 𝒟𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓂𝓌𝒶𝓎..🍼 did you not read the first line to the comment you replied to that even started this thread? and no your point doesnt realy have much of a leg to stand on considering different kids with different ages and different personalities and parents ect, not only could this be fun to use but it can be a great learning opportunity for how to mix certain colors, and what does color theory have to do with anything all i said was it would be a good idea to use it to mix custom colors and that art stuff isnt just for kids, not everyone wants to dump a bunch of paint out to let it dry up later and have to re mix it, this is essentially a mini version of those house paint shakers at the hardware stores
Best teaching tool for color theory. I wish I had this when I was a kid. Imagine creating all sorts of colors! All you need is Red, blue, yellow, white and black.
