In a clash reminiscent of 1994, Notre Dame and Florida State, two top 5 teams, meet on the gridiron for a chance to solidify their run to the initial College Football Playoff. Florida State is undefeated and while a loss wouldn't derail their New Year's plans, it could sidetrack them. Notre Dame is unbeaten as well and a victory would propel them into the center court of the Playoff. The Seminoles will need to unleash RB Dalvin Cook to win while Everett Golson will need to battle a fierce Florida State front to lead the Irish to victory. My dad was a die hard nd fan me a die hard fsu fan...this was the last game he and i got to watch together, he passed away a month later from esophageal cancer...thanks for the memories...

ND got a bunk call on Darby that resulted in touchdown early in game. Even if it was a bad call at the end, which it wasn’t, ND should have been down by too much at the end anyways. Also, FSU won almost all of there games in 2014 by the skin on their teeth, even if the opponent was terrible. ND was no different. Just another game that FSU played down to the opposition.

So unfortunate the refs decided this game. Regardless of it was a penalty or not no one was going to cover Robinson. Should have been an ND victory

@@Shadow-gm9ct Bullshit, plus an FSU player took his helmet off while still on the field after the play in question. It should've at least been off setting penalties w/ ND getting another try at the 3 yard line instead of the 18 yard line. Conveniently (for FSU) the ref standing RIGHT NEXT TO the FSU player who removed his helmet didn't notice.
