Since it's pretty obvious, I'm just going to say that this restroom is located inside a Target. This Target is brand new as it opened on July 22, 2014. This is a typical newer style Target restroom. I believe that RU-vidr J - MCD has previously filmed this restroom.

The urinals are a TOTO UT104E.

VintageToiletFan 1997 Honestly, I wish that he would slow down and actually film the toilet or urinal flushing. He tends to flush the toilet or urinal, but then he moves on to the next toilet or urinal and doesn't wait for the toilet or urinal to finish flushing.
