Keep foot off brake. Tap start button twice until the 3 dings and oil reset message pops up. Push gas peddle slowly 3x within 10 seconds

Why does my book call for 6 quarts of oil.

@lacymiller427 That's a good question but my suggestion would be to put the 5 quarts and check it. I always buy 6 quarts just in case. Welcome to our channel!

Does it really matter if it’s Conventional or Synthetic? Because this vehicle says conventional?

I think you can use one or the other. I use conventional.
