Thanks for getting so many shots of my Red Massey Harris Pony! I miss that tractor now. I sold it at that show. The "Three Red Tractors", left to right, are a 1958 Midland Bull-Pup, a 1954 Massey Harris Pony, and a 1948 Farmall Cub. Next year, I'll be there with that Worthington, maybe. Great video!
5:22 that's my old girl. We traded a motor for it few years ago. It was rotting all the way up the hood in mud but I was young at the time and my father let me have a choice of ether getting a Polaris Indy 340 or that international cub lo boy, since that's what the guy we traded the motor to offed.. I already had a mint Polaris Indy 340 so I didn't want another but had interest in the tractor. My dad tells me now back then he bit his lip and got what I wanted for me even if he thought it was junked. On the way home with it we stopped to pressure wash it and after $20 worth of quarters it started looking pretty nice not as bad. We worked are asses off for 3 months to get it fully restored and ready for the Eliot tractor show and just a day before the show it was fully painted and done.. I'm very happy I made the choice to take the tractor. Shes needing a new paint job soon now, hope to come to the show again.
***** Sorry your tractors didn't make it into the video. With shows the size of Eliot Engine it's just not possible to get everyones pieces into a video, much as I'd like to. By the way, the video was shot on Friday. Were you there then or did you come in on Saturday?
