Rear bolts information: 6:13
Caliper pins- 7mm hex drive bit (allen) torqued to 25 ft-lbs
Caliper bracket- 15mm hex socket torqued to 70 ft-lbs
Front bolts information: 17:42
Caliper pins- 7mm hex drive bit (allen) torqued to 30 ft-lbs
Caliper bracket- 19mm hex socket torqued to 75 ft-lbs

Good video. The part about putting it in service mode saved me some time! I changed the brakes on my 2016 Fusion (first time since new) and neither the pads removed nor the pads installed (both OEM)) had pins to align with the dimples in the rear pistons. Made the job a little easier. 🙂 There were also thin shims attached behind each pad, which I haven't seen much in videos. They were in good shape so I used them. I stayed with OEM pads since I was able to get 102k miles out of them.

So what do you do if some one else started working on brakes without putting it in brake mold

He talks about it a 03:52. The rear brakes can be funny to work on if not in brake mode, requiring a specialized tool (still sold in most auto stores). However, you can also damage/break the calipers or e-brake by improperly compressing the rear pistons. If you've already compressed the rear brake pistons without being in service mode, make sure someone inspects the calipers/e-brake for any issues.
