Keystone fenders are fine. They are essentially the same as any other fender as long as they are CAPA certified. I will often order them on ebay but you risk a little shipping damage. I don't really like dealing with my local Keystone but I do when necessary.

Install door first and set flushness and gap at rear door and rocker panel. Make sure it seals in the front to the door post, then install and fit fender to door and hood.

The hinges are difficult to damage so your door may be the issue. I can't say for sure without seeing it

Remove bumper first, then headlight, then fender

That's hard to say. Check to make sure the steering rack isn't bent. It should turn when you power up the car. There could be an issue with the steering wheel lock not releasing

@@samg5543 it was hit directly on front passenger headlight area. Rack doesn’t look bent at all and only steering wheel airbag went off.

Just fender if the door is ok
