Thank you for your amazing videos. I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Fit assembled in Mexico, it is a version for Latin America. It is a great car, and I have been researching how to replace certain components that are already deteriorated and your videos have been of great help. A big hug from Nicaragua. Greetings friend.
You're welcome Sarah! I try to provide as many angles as possible to give everyone enough confidence to try themselves. Have a great Memorial Day Weekend!
Thank You! How does your car sound on a cold start? Does it rattle? Replacing the VTC actuator was my only problem and complaint, besides that the car has been pretty solid.
Excellent demonstration, nice to know how to remove molding strip to clean underneath with a soft toothbrush and apply car wax to protect hidden painted surface. Can you demonstrate how to remove black plastic trim piece which contains the two washer nozzles on front hood closest to windshield. There are two small bolts on each outer section under the hood but when removing the nuts the trim piece does not come off. TIA.
Hi Gerry, I'll look into this as soon as I get back from my next road trip. You're not the only person who has asked me how to take apart the front washer and wiper blade assembly area :)
Did you found any cracks in the paint under those sills? Got that problem on my '19 civic hatchback again -_- I don't know why honda has those problems over decades....
No cracks in the paint but I did have some slight discolouration in one spot underneath the trim. (Sign of rust) The rear 1/4 panel s started to rust near the wheel wells like a typical Honda. Ha!
