But the title says “without the key” but it’s predicated on having the key?

Anyone know what the electrical wire are for in the ignition switch? I installed a new ignition but my remote wouldn't work and the doors kept opening when I closed the door. I noticed 2 extra wire on the new one so I clipped it amd still nothing eventhough the 4 other wires were in the right place yet again the remote wouldn't work. BUT when I disconnect the electrical wires everything worked good including tje remote. I know 2 wires were for a ligh but I don't know what the other 4 wires were for. Anyone?

That pet inside your car near the ignition with the code, what is that part called ? Somebody broke into my car and I need to find out what that piece is called so I can order and replace it !
