+Aaron P. I couldn't agree more with that. The Oscars & Grammys have always been garbage events anyway, they're never worth watching. Watching KBS award shows however gives a completely different type of not only level but general feeling, and everyone as you said are amazing people too.

jongin honestly there are lots of Korean actors who could rival Hollywood's "elite" in terms of acting skill. They just get flack from westerners because of the k-drama stereotype (overly mushy and cheesy lovey dovey storylines and one dimensional characters). Hollywood is only viewed as the so-called gold standard simply because English is a more commonly spoken and understood language worldwide. If the Korean actors were white and blond and spoke English they'd sweep the awards.

Congratulations to the Grand Prize Winners Ko Dusim of All about my Mom & Kim Soo Hyun of The Producers. They were both incredible in 2015. Ko Dusim was such an amazing mother in the Drama All about my Mom. I also wanted to say Congratulations to So Jisub for winning Best Male Actor for Oh My Venus. What a sexy & kind man. Wow... ku dusim from all about my mom and kim soo hyun from the producer won the grand prize. Well deserved 👍 Both are my fav drama. As a senior actress and a young rising actor at that time, their speech feels so different somehow 😂 kim soohyun show us his young side, a passionate young man, setting his goals high and get worry. While ku dusim show us her wise and mature thought 😂😂

A great part of the contribution is from the plot and the scenes that they had to act...It's like they spended time focusing on the second main lead, that came out better than what they thought, to then make the last episodes all about the main lead and crushing the second male lead developement. It would have been less imbarassing if Taekwang was the main, in that case this award would have made more sense.
