I started watching basketball during the 1995-96 season, when I was just six-years-old. I've had people scream "band wagon fan!" at me because apparently these people can't fathom sticking with a team that was as bad and disorganized as we were. I didn't see us make the playoffs until the We Believe team. I was crying for days over this. It was such a weight-off. We did it!
@@MadhavThankasala-hk7bd well if you call him the greatest he should find a way to win ??? He never will be greatest . He always needs superstars to win . Cries if he doesn’t get what he wants 😂
Warriors dynasty was literally created by drafts. They only got KD in free agency, and when they sighned iggy and livingstin, nobody thought they win it all
was this the one when Dre was put on Lebron? can't recall, but the effort he put in guarding such a beast of player the way he did justified Dre's MVP of the Finals.
man curry bro i am now coming back to this where it all started i am just happy seeing him happy and how well he become now. conggrats gsw 2022 champions.
Nothing but respect to the team and the loyal fans but you gotta admit there's a lot of bandwagons and big tech douchebags that ruin it for the rest of you 😂
I was on my 8th Grade Washington DC Trip and I stayed up till after Midnight East Coast time and it was certainly unique experience being from the Bay Area and having to watch the Dubs win being away from home.
Who’s here after the Warriors won the 2022 NBA championship? They won one without Kevin before he came, and now they win one without him, after he leaves.
People thought they got lucky here but looking back and knowing what happened the last 8 years, the Warriors were really a special team -- 67 wins -- means you're a pretty good team.
Some clowns recently tagged over it and changed it its not really there anymore. You could see some of the old squads jerseys but most of what I was talking about then, is now all covered up.
"And how sweet it must be for those crazy loyal Bay Area fans." If all Warriors fans are bandwagons, this wouldn't be one of the first things they said when the Warriors won, would it?🤷♂️
@@Creek1575 u up 3-1 should of closed the game out curry choked and draymond ain’t shit compared to Kyrie and Klove back then cavs would of won this finals if Kyrie and Klove weren’t hurt
@@Reapergaming504 and the warriors would of won 2016 If bogut wasn’t hurt and draymond wasn’t suspended. We could back and forth about injuries so it doesn’t really matter. Then your king got swept two times like a bitch.
Stop saying they won because klove and kyire was injured. I think kyrie played some games in this series. And the young warriors faced lebron in his prime.
LeBron was out o his prime but still a great player and I’m pretty sure kyrie only play the 1st game and last if I’m not mistaken or maybe only the 1st forgot and Love was injured it possibly could’ve been different don’t even deny it
This was definitely Iggy's prime even when he was great in the Nuggets. Warriors brought it back for him. He really deserved Finals MVP even though we all want it to be Steph Curry. But hey, this is a team sport unfortunately. First ever win after 40+ years now. Very historical for the franchise
Good lord. Look at these highlights at the end and look at who the cavs had in uniform. James Jones, Dellevadova, Mozgov, Shumpert, Smith, Mation, Miller. How the hell was this even close?
Probably the luckiest path in NBA playoff history to win a title. - Warriors avoided the Thunder in the first round and instead faced off against New Orleans. New Orleans and the Thunder finished with the same record, but New Orleans got the tiebreaker and won the 8th seed, and the Thunder missed the postseason. - Warriors avoided BOTH the Spurs AND the Clippers in the postseason. They avoided them due to the NBA weird "seeding" stuff, and the Clippers and Spurs both faced each other in a tough 7-game-first-round-series that the Clippers won. - And then the Clippers blew a 3-1 lead on the Rockets, including that BRUTAL game 6 loss against the Rockets in LA. So with this, the Warriors avoided the Clippers - Warriors faced Memphis in the second round, and Memphis took a 2-1 lead on the Warriors. And then the Warriors starting point guard, Mike Conley Jr, got injured. - Warriors faced off against a weaker Rockets team in the Western Conference Finals, who was playing with an injured Harden - And then the Warriors faced the Cavs in the final WITHOUT BOTH Kyrie and Love, and the Cavs even got a 2-1 lead on the Warriors
As a die hard Warriors fan and as happy as I was to see LeBron lose and going crazy when that clock hit 0. I have to hand it to the Cavs. I'm sure they were upset but that right there is called sportsmanship. When all LeBron did was just walk back looks like he was the 1st 1 off the court too.
The making of a legend Steph curry definitely the goat 🐐 in my opinion crazy because growing up I always watched football never cared for basketball until I watched him
The head coach change brought Steve Kerr in change our system played like a team ball movement screens for curry and klay great role players Shaun Livingston barbosa Andra Iguodala Andrew bogut
I'm fan of GSW but I feel sorry everytime Lebron lose the Finals! He's great a player Probably one of the best or best player in the NBA History! He carried his teams in Finals! I don't understand why people are hating Curry, Durant and Lebron Why don't we just appreciate their greatness Imagine that you're in their position! Of course you will get hurt because you're just human You're trying your best but you're getting hate just because you're trying to do your best! In the game there will be a winner and a loser and we must both respect them instead of hating them for worthless thing! Remember guys! In the game, there is a winner and a loser So, please stop hating!
@@NGBjman fuck outta here with that shit you got bron kyrie and love just cause dubs got KD don’t mean it don’t count common misconception you stay butthurt warriors won 3 of 4!!
