You should NEVER have to hide who you are.
I know I’m a day late for #proudtobe, but as this is yesterday’s vlog, I thought there’s no harm done still referencing the hashtag.
It has been quite challenging to do this video, as the events I’m talking about have had their impact upon how I act, think and interact socially. I think I was able to give the whole story a positive swing, because that’s what I want to focus on. There’ll always be dimwits who unnecessarily burden other people’s life. But you can chose to stand up to them, and you can chose to not let them reign over you. Be proud of who you are.
So, #proudtobe, I guess - proud to be desperately single and deeply depressed, afraid to socially interact with other people, but still, I am the captain aboard the MS “This is MY life, so go f*ck yourself”.
