Here is how to adjust the backup camera guideline on 2016 Honda HRV. The procedure may also work for other Honda DA DA+ radios. Once it is activated, rearview can be displayed while driving so it could be also helpful for the people with a trailer who wants to monitor the rear while driving.
For EX & EXL models, press "Eject+Power+Home" button together to bring up the diagnostic mode.
For LX model (5" screen), use the following procedures.
1. Start the engine.
2. Press the POWER ( ) button to turn off the audio unit.
3. Press and hold preset 1, then preset 6 and then the VOLUME/POWER ( ) knob.
NOTE: Do no press preset 1 and 6 simultaneously.
The display screen goes directly to the Manual Diag menu shown.
4. When you are in the system diagnostic mode, pressing a preset button starts the diagnosis that is assigned to that preset button.
To return to the previous screen, press the RETURN
button. To exit this mode, go to step
5. Once you exit this test, you must start again at step 1.
