Hi Ryan, this was printed using Huggler.com which is one of those template driven websites like SnapFish or Truprint. I've not been back to Lulu for over a year now but I'm thinking of trying them again to make a couple of my ISSUU publications ( issuu.com/simonkidd1 ). I think Lulu.com were pretty decent but that kind of service requires more time and money to produce, have you tried Lulu for anything yourself?
