yes they improved the exhaust soooo much for the 2016 S6 and S7. Sounds better than RS6 and RS7 stock.

The s7 is more sporty and comes with a 4.0 v8 instead of the v6 in the a7, the newer s7 has a v6 though.

Does the S7 not have the cylinder technology? Where 4 cylinders cut off to improve fuel economy?

+Steven 752 It does, indeed, have cylinder de-activation technology. Along with it, the sound system will produce an unnoticeable counter-harmonic note to cancel out the please-God-make-it-stop hum that a 4-cylinder engine produces (when natively a V8) at highway speeds.

Better or more fun? I have owned merc audi and beems in the past and I loved the audi for everyday driving. Nothing can beat it. But BMW where just much more fun and just sporty, and i love quick cars so I have to say bmw. Mercedes wasn't up there.

***** If I spent this much money on a car, I wouldn't give a crap about whether it's a turbocharged V8 or a supercharged V8, I would want the sound. And I also wouldn't care about fuel economy, so there would be no reason not to go with a supercharger.
