Blair Conklin emerged from this years Oktoberfest the 2016 event champion as well as overall 2016 UST Champion in a spectacular run during the 2016 season.
It definitely helped that perfect weather and a pumping south swell greeted the competitors for the final stop of the 2016 season.
Blair was followed closely by former champ Sam Stinnett who earned second place at the event and on the 2016 tour.
Gerardo Valencia from mainland Mexico grabbed the 3rd place spot while Bill Bryan snagged 4th place.
