At 6:12 it says he is using a weightless worm with a 3/8oz weight. That makes as much sense as the 80lb braid it says he's using appearing to be a clear fluorocarbon on the reel. Not the first time I have seen that mistake on FLW TV. But an awesome show nonetheless
I was about to make that same comment until I scrolled down and saw this one. He was throwing a senko, which is definitely not a floating worm lol. Looked like he was throwing a texas rigged senko with a 3/8oz bullet weight, just a standard texas rig. Definitely wasn't weightless. I throw a t-rigged senko with a 3/8oz weight enough, I should know. :P
There are plenty of non-exclusive logo categories, but marine electronics is an exclusive category. It's outlined in the rules. www.flwfishing.com/rules/flw#RULES

I can tell you exactly what we use..I personally use a 7'6 MH fast with 80lb Vursa Braid 1oz tungsten and a candy grass colored D-Bomb from missile baits..
Ultra light, light, heavy, medium heavy, etc. all refer to the weight of the lures intended to be thrown on the rod. These guys, while fishing on Okeechobee, are definitely on the heavy end of the spectrum. Literally none of them will be using light or ultra light rigs. They're using extra heavy, heavy and medium heavy rigs for sure.
+Dan G a lot of those guys worked their way up the ranks and have sponsors to help some, and several have their own businesses they started so they have the money and freedom to do this. Yeah some have had strings of bad luck or not been able to last more than a few seasons but I don't agree with your comment that many people ruined their lives "fianacialy".
+chums101 Im not talking about freedom and money plenty of people have that . Im speaking about actually paying your contestants enough to actually make a living. When you can make a top fifteen and not even make your money back there's a problem . Tackle, gas, lodging ,entrie fees and food all add up which is no big deal just pay your contestants well and stop dropping the payouts
Narrator sounds like he should be narrating a children's nature show...and he also pronounced Shin's last name wrong.. disrespectful to a loyal veteran FLW fisherman that hasn't jumped ship for the Elites.
