2016 Honda Civic Type R FK2 with Custom Exhaust Sound - Revs, Accelerations, OnBoard & More! 

i laugh at the dudes who hate on this car because its a Honda civic. if your favorite company made this exact car with their badge on it you would be going off on how dope it is. You've never even driven either so idk where you get your claims from. Every review Ive watched from real car enthusiasts that drove it (and also drive lots of other cars and aren't biased and only like a few brands while saying every other car is Shit because you dont like the company who makes it) said this car was awesome, fun, handles great, puts down great power, is reliable, and AFFORDABLE. I hate when people say "aw ya id rather drive an M series Beamer" well no fucking Shit the car is e times more expensive and ALOT more expensive just to maintain. it also has a stronger motor so obviously its faster but that's like comparing a normal dodge Dakota to a Brian new f150 raptor . not even a fair comparison.

No a Honda fan , but this sounds good it doesn't sound like a Honda at all good job

Guys this Honda engine is "i-Vtec" which probably doesn't have lift. Lift noise has its own exhaust character no matter the manufacturer. Vtec, VVTI-L or Nissan's Neo engines. Hence the exhaust sound is typical of a modern 4 banger turbo and it redlines at probably 6800 or so. I haven't googled any of it but just reading the description, hearing the engine/exhaust noise and and looking at the tacho I am almost sure this is the case.

I'm not a fan of the Honda Civic in general, but this new one is fire!

Outside view: When it its the rev limiter it sounds like it's only revving to like 4000 rpm. And we all know those VTec engines rev to OVER 9000! :D

Come to think of it. the 2.2 diesel of this model is powerful as well. 165 hp. (not much but on freeways here its beast, enough to take on a mercedes e200 CGI station.) 350 kilo newton power. (dutch so dunno how to say it in English xD) when we chip it it will have 200 hp and 400/410 kilo newton power. its a lot for a 4 cylinder. (for ppl who wanted the specs of the merc: the merc has 184 hp, ALOT, BUT just 270 Kn. that makes it possible for smaller hp cars with higher Kn's to bug it on the freeway) (also, no hate intended to mercedes ;3 mercedes have great cars.) (incomming honda haters, i can feeeeeel it! :D )
