Don’t let this distract you from the fact that Hector is going to be running three Honda civics with spoon engines, and on top of that, he just went into Harry’s and bought three t66 turbos with nos, and a motec exhaust system.
Lol as a TT Supra owner trust me this is way more fun, the A70 and A80 chassis is pretty outdated now where these little hondas hold up on the track even vs Modern cars.
Nice. I miss the 90´s and 00´s. In my opinion this decades is/was the height of cars. I am so happy i am old enough to be a driver then. The manufactures made cars that had a soul. It was not all about horsepower and speed. ❤
Damn... every time I hear Vtec's i get more and more inlove with it... I mean, call me crazy but i prefer the raw, loud and pure screaming of a Vtec hitting the rev over an ferrari or lamborghini.. In my opinion just the lexus LFA sounds better than a vitec, period.. Also this guy knows how to get the most out of an sport car, remove everything to make it lighter, good breaks and tires an its done. Kudos to him!
Cmon you gotta give Carrera GT a try, although I agree LFA is with no question the king, the Yamaha join venture they made created something that probably will never happen again, what a time to be alive :)
@@Everything.On.Wheels519 off course he is not. Ask any real race driver or pro driver. He is little bit better then average. Nothing special. Kids on internet with no real experience things he is a god 😂🤌
I have an FN1... might sound daft but it's a REALLY good daily. Very practical, good enough performance to get away from idiots (for safety reasons of course), currently getting 40.7 MPG (mostly motorways). my 1.8 is fast enough to cruise down the motorway and overtake without any problem. I imagine it's ideal for people who already have a track weapon and want to get from A-B.
Dailying my fn2 since October and put like 12k miles on it in that time. Haven't serviced it since late 2020. Just doing oil topups and it's still going! Getting 35mpg 😍😍 when you've had a bad day at work Damn I love having this car to drive back home in
since he has stock wheels and probably suspe. the speedo at 177 is preety accurate (maybe 175 to 179). Above 230 drops like 10 or 15.. Mine was 262 on the speedo and 239 gps
What a lap that was. Shows just what a FN2 is capable of! The popping on overrun is annoying as f**k 😂, but sounds epic when it's flat out(which is pretty much the whole lap)
This 8th generation of Civic is just beautiful. I had the 1.8, wish I'd kept it. So much fun, such good looks and such a fun, precise sporty drive - even for an unmodded every-day family car, felt glued to the road. Really handy seating adjustment options too.😊 Swindon's finest.
Got an FN2 im planning on bringing to the ring as well. Though I'm on stock suspension with lowering springs and SC7 tyres. Probably swapping to track pads and that's about as much as I can afford to do for now
be carefull and make sure u know the track and dont push it to far. crashing can get really expensive on the ring. And maybe pick a time where its not so crowded so u can avoid maniacs.
@@CL9k24a3 intake temps have been shown to be slightly more that with the standard airbox however the filter breathes better and overall makes a few more bhp compared to stock. This has been tested by top Honda tuners on in the uk.
Not on a track where your WOT so often it'll get plenty air. A cold air intake certainly would be better though. I used to run this intake. @@josefinkjellsson7051
oh man, i own one of those as a daily driver. Fun cars, arguably have their downsides (hint hint* rear suspension, and the design, which is usually disliked by 97" civic fans and the 16l/100km city) but you cant hate the k20
@@JordzyBrev yup, for an "economy" car, its very fun to drive, only really needs coilovers + rollbar (arguably, oem rollbar is adequate) and polybushings, then you're set
@@JordzyBrev as they say "smiles per gallons" and its both funny and interesting to daily a car which's main powerband is 4.5-8k rpm. Refill atleast by-weekly (thats if im going eco mode) but i dont contemplate driving it
