Went to Anchorage to get it on 5/18/16. Got back Friday night. Rain Saturday but beautiful today. Never been on one of these before so taking it easy while it and me get broke in.
it will only take you a couple months to get use to it. if you start doing off camber trails, hills etc. don't think about it just do it. more you think about it, more trouble you will get in.
I get the four vs two wheels feeling. It might be less thrilling, but at the end of the day, you'll be less beat up after a long ride! See you this weekend at 27 mile! We'll be out Friday to Monday.
Used to motorcycle. Magna 65 and goldwing so I had to keep my brain when shifting . Break the habit of feather clutch left brake becsuse its not clutch. Wow I about fly over the handle bars locking the brakes as I shift up. Habits after several thousand miles are hard to unlearn. Best I ever had was my 79 CBX in line 6 cylinder.
I just got the new 2020 Honda Rubicon 520 molasses brown the TRXF6. And man I love it have a lot of big bore Atvs but this Rubicon is my favorite by far. The power of upgrade was nice it’s not a big bunch of power but you can feel a difference on bottom end and mid range plus I’m getting ready to put a performance chip on it and A FMF pipe and a K& N air filter system. which is going to up the horse power to more than what a Rincon 680 has. The six lady has 38 hp my Rubicon right now has 32.5 last year‘s Rubicon has 28. The performance chip on putting on it gives it a team percent boost and horsepower and torque better fuel fission C and it bypasses all factory settings which I love because why would you have a Rubicon 500 shut off for 48 mph and the stupid rancher 420 shuts off at 55 mph, Not to mention my 2003 Honda Foreman 450 it’ll shut off at 52 miles an hour it’s a Rubicon with 518CC! If you get a chance look at the molasses brown in person and you’ll fall in love with it. I’ll post a picture after I get my next few things put on it I got 14 inch SS Matt black rims coming 27 inch tires blue lights load it down with LED lights and I just put a 3500 pound winch on it passenger seat a couple blue light strips with two backup LED lights and a front LED light. It’ll look really good when I get done with it
I just like riding around in the bush so all the fancy stuff doesn't interest me. The Foreman has held up well. I wore out the stock bighorns recently and put Zillas on. Thanks for watching.
I wanted a Rubicon but couldn't justify the extra bucks. Got a couple hundred hours on the Foreman now and it's been working out good. Finally broke myself of grabing for a clutch. Thanks for watching.
Really? I have a 2016 trx500 deluxe m7. Aka - honda foreman rubicon I have independent all wheel suspension. I do not have brakes on axle. I have large disk brake on drive shaft only. My suspension is painted red. Maybe thats why our machines are different
Thanks. was two wheeling on a Rokon Trailbreaker till I got to shaky to be on a bike. If you want to see more of ATV riding in Cordova Alaska check out the Broknex channel.
I have Ranche R AT I call it my ranche rat lol. 1 size smaller then foreman rubicon. Needs power steering. So I got a m7 deluxe TRX500. I RIDE BOTH OF M (One at a time) lol
It's not as much fun as the Rokon. It is easier on my butt. Takes a different set of skills to ride. Don't ever forget that IT WANTS TO KILL YOU. Other than that I'm learning to get along with it.
